This is a new section that is meant to highlight more structured sessions or play groups for babies and toddlers that have a fee or run for a shorter period of time and are facilitated by local non-profit organizations. Mini Mondays at the Children’s Museum

Mondays at the Children’s Museum are very special days. Every Monday from September to April, join us from 10:00AM – 2:00PM for a fun-filled day of stimulating play designed for our youngest visitors, children under 4 years old! We provide tailored crafts to help develop fine motor skills, activities that aid in dramatic play, and a special story time at 11:00AM and 1:00PM in our Time Squared gallery.

Museum Babies – Manitoba Museum:

The Manitoba Museum’s new program MUSEUM BABIES is designed for babies aged 6 to 12 months (sitting, but pre-walking stage, though walking babies are welcome to participate!).

$78 for all 4 weeks / $68 for members
$22 to drop in for one or more weeks (pre-registration required)

Museum Babies must be accompanied by an adult. Cost includes both baby and adult(s). Participants are welcome to stay and explore the galleries for as long as they like.

Manitoba Conservatory of Music – Classes for Babies, Toddlers & Kids

MCMA offers spring, fall and winter sessions of music-themed classes for babies and kids. There are a variety of classes for various age ranges including 0 – 12 months, 1 – 2 years, 3 – 4 years, 4 – 5 years and also a variety of classes for kids ages 6 – 12. Engineering for Kids of Winnipeg
